It must be really great to be part of a small village, filled with friends who don’t hesitate to step in and help when one of their own has a problem. They also close ranks when the future of their businesses is in danger. But sometimes something that looked really bad at first sight, can become heaven on earth.

I loved this book. I am off now, packing my suitcase and travelling to Starcross Manor. Well, I wish. That’s what happens when authors can write in such a way that you really believe those places exist. I will content myself with visits through the pages of this excellent series. 5 stars.
