Treat yourself this Christmas …
A collection of twenty cosy festive stories and feel-good tales perfect for dipping into throughout the Christmas countdown and beyond.
Enjoy everything from advent calendar mishaps to lucky black cats, from department store romances to mysterious messages in the snow – and lots more. Like a chocolate selection box, whether you read one story a day or devour them all in one go is completely up to you!
This is a collection of short (some shorter than others) Christmas stories. They all have on thing in common: the characters are finding love during the festive season. Some have help from friends, others from strangers and sometimes even the fairies lend a hand. Some meet new people, some reconnect with people from the past. No matter how or where it happens, it all very cozy and Christmassy and sparks are flying everywhere.
The advantage with a collection of stories is that you can read as many as you like in one go. You can be greedy (like I was) and read the book in one sitting or you can treat yourself to one a day during the countdown to Christmas, a bit like an advent calender let’s say. 🙂
I would compare the collection to a box of candy: some were as sweet as, well, candy, some had a bit of humor, some had a little twist and some were covered in pixie dust. As you can see, there is something for every taste.
There is only one thing left to say: I enjoyed it a lot even though I am not a big Christmas supporter. If you, on the contrary, love the festive season, it might be a good idea to treat yourself to a copy. 4 stars.
