My review

I am totally besotted with dogs, so it will not surprise you that this was a must read for me. Although I have been (and still am) a dog owner for many years, you are never to late to learn or to pick up some tips.

I have to admit I was utterly smitten with the cute photos the author has used, but most importantly, the book is an interesting read. I even dare to say that first time dog ‘parents’ should read such a guide. It could make them face the facts that a dog is a living being and not something you can discard when the novelty has worn off.

An excellent book for people thinking about buying or adopting a dog. A more experienced dog lover might not add a lot to their knowledge, but I was more than happy to coo over the adorable photos.

In my opinion it’s a guide meant for future dog owners and in that case, it ticks all the boxes. 5 stars.

Thank you, Gina Harding and RachelsRandomResources.

About the author

Gina is an enthusiastic dog lover, so much so that she founded her own dog blog business called PawLife, which has been awarded top 10 Australian Dog Blog. This wouldn’t be possible without her best friend Harley, who is a toy poodle mix. They are continually going on new adventures, testing out new squeaky toys.

Gina recently discovered her writing passion and wanted to create the ultimate guidebook that would support, educate and inspire pet parents and yet to be pet parents around the world. Gina and Harley are originally from Australia, where the weather is always beautiful. This is Gina’s first book and looks forward to writing many more to help fellow pet-parents; with her fur-baby Harley by her side.
