Sunrise on the Coast by Lilac Mills / #SpotlightPost #PublicationDay #SocialMediaBlitz @rararesources @LilacMills

When a holiday becomes something more…
Struggling to come to terms with the loss of her mother, Sophie needs to get away from it all. On a much-needed break to Tenerife, Sophie stumbles across a Help Wanted sign for local pensioner, Hugo, and on a leap of faith she accepts the job.

But life on the island isn’t all sun, sea and siestas…

Hugo’s beautiful villa is under threat and, to complicate matters, his brooding (but handsome) nephew, Alex, has shown up full of suspicion towards Sophie.

Hands full dealing with difficult men and a clearly unreciprocated attraction towards Alex, Sophie needs to decide if her future lies in Tenerife or if her holiday is officially over.

About the author

I spend all my time writing, or reading, or thinking about writing or reading, often to the detriment of my day job, my family, and the housework. I apologise to my employer and my loved ones, but the house will simply have to deal with it!

I call Worcester home, though I would prefer to call somewhere hot and sunny home, somewhere with a beach and cocktails and endless opportunities for snoozing in the sun…

When I’m not hunched over a computer or dreaming about foreign shores, I enjoy creating strange, inedible dishes in the kitchen, accusing my daughter of stealing (I meant to say “borrowing”) my clothes and fighting with my husband over whose turn it is to empty the dishwasher.
