Son and Country by Emmanuelle Snow / #GuestPost #BlogTour @digireadsmedia @SnowEmmanuelle

Carter Hills Band Series

Son and Country is an emotional soulmates romance. They never promised each other forever. But life had other plans for them. What if their night together in a stranded airport was the first chapter of their story? Will they be able to find their way back to each other, or is their happily ever after doomed from the start?

I met Anderson Ford four years ago when we spent a night together stranded in an airport due to a blizzard, the night before Christmas Eve. We shared more than just our hopes and dreams that night, we shared our souls.

The only thing we didn’t share was our full names.

He was Andy, and I was Abby.

Now I’m older and wiser, and I’ve come a long way since that night. And I’m finally ready to aim for what I desire the most in life.

The only thing I haven’t taken into account is my heart factor when I bumped into the man who stole my heart all those years ago.

Will we be able to pick up from where we left things that Christmas, or will the secret I’ve been keeping to myself all this time ruin our chances to be together?

Releasing in the Secret Santa Collection anthology.

This is a charity boxset and all net proceeds will go to Ronald McDonald House.

Guest Post

I’ve started my author journey with the objective to write relatable and inspiring love stories. I like to say I’m in love with love. And I really do. Love can be messy, complicated, but when it’s beautiful, it’s the best feeling in the entire world.

My personal and professional journeys have not always been easy. I’ve had my share of struggle, but what keep me going through the hard time is love. Always.

When people ask me where my inspiration comes from, I can’t pinpoint something specific. It just happens. These characters, with their flaws, strengths, and huge hearts, are telling me their stories and I feel compelled to write them.

This Holiday season, I joined two anthologies, one giving all its net proceeds to a charity. I’ve been the mom who could have needed Ronald McDonald House with one of my little one, so it was a no-brainer to give back for those who need it, because having a sick kid in the hospital far from home is something no parent should have to go through.

But as I started writing, I couldn’t stop and messed my word counts because those characters had too much to tell. Instead of writing two books as I had planned, I ended up writing four, three of which are being released this December.

The Holidays and love go perfectly together, and it’s the best time of the year, as there are only a few days left till the New Year, to spread joy and hope around us and remember where our hearts belong.

Son and Country is the story of Anderson Ford, brother of Riley Burns, the music manager from the Carter Hills Band series. He meets Abbigail one night, days before Christmas, while they’re both strained in an airport due to a snowstorm. Sparks fly. But as they go their separate ways, they realized they have no way of reconnecting since they only ever exchanged their first name. But fate (and Christmas magic) has something all planned for them.

Anderson and Abby captured my heart from the first line, and they relationship is what soulmate love is all about.

Stars and Country is Aisha Jones’s story. Rockstar, she’s the latest protégé of Riley Burns. Due to events from her past, she no longer wants anything to do with the Holidays, but for reasons she has no control over, she gets dumped into her worst nightmare and has no way to escape. Will true love, elderly teens, and melted Santas heal the scars of her heart?

Aisha and Gavin stole my heart pretty quickly. I fell hard for them. Their love. Their doubts and insecurities. Together, they are fire. Their story is a funny, sizzling, and emotional ride.
