My Review
Bollywood wives vs Hollywood wives. They are all married to powerful men in the film industry and none of them shy away from a little scandal and want to keep it hidden from the outside world. What happens in H(B)ollywood stays there, but sometimes things are leaked and that’s when it all explodes. Happy families suddenly appear to be something else altogether. Long standing marriages are broken of on the verge of being broken.
When you are famous all eyes are on you. Everybody wants to know everything there is to know about you and when it’s something juicy they even want it more. Sometimes you had to do things you did not want to and those are the things you want to keep hidden in a box and throw the key as far away as humanly possible. It seems though someone has kept them hidden too, but threatens to reveal them to all and sundry…
Does true love exist behind the scenes? It most certainly does. They struggle with the same things ’normal’ people do, but it’s a lot harder when the press is lurking everywhere.
Being famous must be great… sometimes. Being on the top must be great too… sometimes. Getting to the top is not easy when you don’t have money to back you up. Staying on top is a lot of hard work too, each and every day. What some people wouldn’t do to stay there…
A good story I enjoyed reading although I have to admit I sometimes struggled with the names. Must be my old age LOL.
Did I expect this ending? No, not at all. I had something different in mind. 😊 4 stars
