Review

Everybody has to deal with stressful situations in their life. It can be at school for exams, at work for promotion or problem solving or at home dealing with personal problems. ‘Normal’ stress is still manageable for most people, but for some it can become to much and they start to suffer from anxiety and even panic attacks.

Everybody is afraid of something, but it’s mostly still manageable. For some people those fears turn into phobias. Those are a lot more serious and can affect your life deeply.

This book is wonderful. It explains everything in detail with a case to clarify it even more. Some parts are pure science, but even the people who know next to nothing about biology will be able to understand everything without any problem.

This is a guide to help you to relax and try to manage your stress and anxiety levels and if you find this to difficult or if you need some more assistance, you can always turn to a professional coach.

A very interesting book with lots of tips and good advice. 5 stars

Thank you
