OMG, I would want to trade places with Josie. The hurt she went through as a girl is heartbreaking and now still bad things are following her and making her life hell.
She is desperate, because her daughter is missing. Who wouldn’t be, but when you feel like nobody seems to listen to you, you would like to bang your fist on the table or tear your hair out. She wants action and to her it’s like the police are doing nothing. The officers do everything they can though, but they need evidence before they can arrest someone.
That’s what is really nerve racking.The police have to play by the rules while the baddies make their own rules…
Someone comes to help her. Someone she least expected it from and she finally feels like she is getting somewhere. Until that bubble of hope bursts and leaves her more devastated than ever.
The author wrote an amazing story that broke my heart and did not stop at one surprise. Oh nee, she has a few more. 🙂
