A happy day because I got to read another book in this amazing series, but a very sad one at the same time, because it is the last installment and I am going to miss them enormously.
Was this a strong story or was this a strong story? I can assure you that every book this author writes is worth reading and I can add that I cried a bucket load of tears whilst devouring this one.
I did not want to part with Freddie, the hero of the series before this one and I am the author ever so grateful for the guest role he gets every once in a while. I hope the Drews will appear in the next series too.
I am such a big fan of this author’s gangland books. They really are among the best ones I have ever read. She knows how to nail her readers to their chairs and treat them to stories they will never forget.
So mixed emotions here. Sadness but also looking forward to meeting new characters in what I already know will be another mind blowing set of books. 5 stars
